Meet Millicent Flitcraft, our Kindergarten Teacher! Ms. Flitcraft has a degree from Florida State University in Elementary Education. She also holds certifications in Early Childhood through Fourth Grade, Gifted and Talented (GT), and English as a Second Language (ESL). Ms. Flitcraft is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments that inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning in every student. We are so proud and honored to have Ms. Flitcraft on our Shady Oak Primary Team!

I am so excited to be part of the Shady Oak Primary family this year! I have had the pleasure of teaching students from Pre-K through 5th grade in both Florida and Texas, with most of my experience in Kindergarten. Teaching Kindergarten is my passion—I love watching my students grow as readers and writers throughout the year. Seeing their confidence bloom as they discover new skills is truly special, and I can’t imagine doing anything else!
